13:00 Designing an Inclusive Education and Outreach Strategy
Ronald Macintyre (45 min)
This workshop draws on 20 years of working with groups to address issues of social justice using participatory approaches to design face to face and digital approaches to learning and adaptation.
It is a practical workshop focusing on education and outreach within the Third Sector, asking participants to consider who their group and organisation is for, the role of learning and adaptation within the group or organisation, what any learning offered will enable people to do in the world.
It is aimed at established Third Sector organisations/groups or those considering setting up a Third Sector organisation/group. It will provide participants with opportunities to share and learn from others, while working through some practical exercises to help you develop an effective education and outreach strategy.
